Breaking Down Affordable Housing In Canada

Affordable housing is a hot button topic, however I do not believe there is an agreed upon definition of what “affordable housing” actually is.

In today’s video, Surrey Real Estate Specialist, Steve Karrasch of Macdonald Realty discusses the various ways people define housing as “affordable” depending on their current living situation, more specifically, whether an individual owns real estate, holds a mortgage on their property, or whether an individual rents their home.
