A viewer asked us to cover the recent price surges in Surrey homes compared to the detached market just across the Fraser River in Coquitlam.
So we did!
In this video, Surrey REALTOR® Steve Karrasch of Macdonald Realty, looks at Detached Benchmark Pricing for both Surrey and Coquitlam and the numbers reveal something interesting. So Interesting if fact that Steve also chooses to look at average pricing in each asset class. AND just to give some more clarity, why not throw in both Richmond and Langley into the mix to help better understand the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley here in British Columbia
