BC Real Estate Is Just Silly | Surrey REALTOR Explains DSER

If you have sold your home in BC in the past 5 years, you should have been presented with a Disclosure to Sellers of Expected Remuneration (DSER) Form for each and every offer you received. This form provides the Seller with the commission costs associated with accepting an offer at the price outlined on the form.

In this video, Surrey Real Estate specialist Steve Karrasch of Macdonald Realty, walks through a hypothetical offer/counter offer situation to illustrate how the DSER should be used for each and every offer presented to you, yes…even when the offer is not one you would consider, when selling your home in BC.
